Ready, Set, Strategize: SMART Goal-Setting
Have you started thinking about what you want personally and professionally in 2018? Would you like to step up your game and get the results you’ve been after? Often there is a gap between what is important to us and what we end up with because we don’t often take the time to consider “why” we want it and how to get it.
In this talk, we will explore a more holistic approach to goal-setting using the SMART methodology and by exploring your personal values and strengths and designing a plan that aligns with what is important to you.
